Even though the show wasn’t in October, I wanted to add a little footnote about Racing Mount Pleasant because I just got into them. I saw them play a headlining show last night at The Echo and they were amazing. The energy in the room was electric. Such talented musicians. They’re going to be huge, I can just feel it. Get into them now! They only have two albums to listen to so no excuses!

I’m lucky to have a friend who is super tapped into indie music, new music, and music in general (way more than I am) because I asked them if I should listen to RMP and they gave a stellar recommendation along with a favorite song of theirs to check out. I trust their taste implicitly and I was right in doing so! They’re awesome! And so kind to folks who come to their shows!
